Dr. Jill Stone
Originally from Southern California, I relocated to Redding in 2010, where my journey in health and wellness took on a deeper, more personal focus. After raising four incredible children into adulthood, I pursued advanced studies in health and fitness, earning a master's degree in psychology with an emphasis in wellness followed by a PhD specializing in epidemiology and public health. My research centered on women navigating the menopause transition and how it effected their mental health and quality of life- a subject close to my heart. My life's purpose is to empower women during midlife by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive. I take an individualized approach to health, focusing on personalized nutrition, exercise, and education. This tailored care is helping women embrace this life stage with confidence, strength, and longvity. In addition to my academic background, I hold certifications as an ISSA Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
